What does "in my book" mean? If Dobson is irrelevant, then he couldn't take down Thompson. If he is relevant than Thomopson's fate, regardless of who caused it, does not make Dobson irrelevant.
I guess it easier for you guys to blame Dobson than to blame Fred. I don't think that many of the people who are blasting Dobson ever listened to or liked him to begin with.
It means that when Dobson refused to get behind the only solidly conservative major candidate in the primary race, Dobson told me that he wasn't really interested in promoting social conservatism anymore, and was more interested in making politicians kiss his ring. Dobson's views on politics don't mean anything to me anymore.
