Can't find it now, but isn't there an underground price list for for presidential amenities? I remember the Lincoln Bedroom was on it. Photo Op? Autographs? Being waved to or mentioned or recognized when you're in the audience? Handshake? Luncheons or dinners? Personal tour of the White House?
