I think after they pass it then we have to vote on it if I remember right. But Tennessee has used or tried to use back door methods and hands it’s hands smacked. One was over a state income tax which is against the state constitution. Stopping abortions if it makes it to the general public to vote on will likely pass though. Tennessee has a lot of DEMs but quite a few are social conservative.
