Except that even if you get Romney, he won’t win in November. Florida proved that. He can’t win over the south and he can’t win core conservatives. if it is his name on the November ballot they will just sit at home.

BS. Romney lost by 5 pts. while Huckabee lost by 22. Those 14 pts. plus most of McCains would go to Romney. If Huckabee had been out Romney would have decisevly beat McCain.

Not all of Huckabee’s support will go to Mitt, indeed it will stay home, as well some hard core conservatives. Add that to your “Most of McCain’s” and it is not enough for victory.

It’s not about Primary totals themselves but what those totals mean for the General....
