Yes, and whoever she trusted enough to talk to about her private thoughts is NOT graceful at all, but instead abused her trust and should be ashamed.

Nancy did NOT publicly endorse McCain, and specifically said she did not want to do so. Shame on the leaker, and shame on those who will use her words to falsely claim she publicly endorsed him.

That sounds likely. It sounds like Nancy might have been being gracious when someone asked her what she thought about McCain. In this case, it is McCain’s political machine playing dirty once again. It could very well be that Nancy was just being poltie. Since her husband is gone, she didn’t want to insult McCain, it could very well be true that she actually prefers Romney.
