Just perfect. My wife and I will not get a dime, our college kids will get $600 a piece, my parents who are comfortably retired will now get cash, and to top it off, illegals will as well. This is the classic example of income re-distribution! I was watching last night and one senator is proposing eliminating the income cap for rebates. He was excoriated by a Dim Senator who said those above the cap, ie Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, etc do not deserve the rebates. I am no Bill Gates or Warren Buffet, but with two kids in college, I could certainly use the cash. Disgusting..........
It will stop when those riding on the coach outnumber those

I know—I have 4 young kids but my P/T income plus my husband’s income barely reaches the $150,000 threshold—and so we are phased out.
There is a big difference between a couple with 4 kids making $150K (in CA, high cost of living) and Bill Gates!
Yeah, the Warren Buffet argument almost had me throw a brick through the TV. Of course if I did, I’d had no rebate to use for a new one.
Now my kid, sure. Probably buy a Wii with his.
