John McCain is on the right side of that issue. That is why I would vote for him in a general election.
Wrong, I suggest you do research. Go to Mark Levin's site or Michelles and research how he has worked to give terrorists legal rights, how he wants to bring them to the U.S., giving them rights they don't deserve. He has wrongly stated that waterboarding is torture.
McCain would be the wrong person to lead any war. His ego and temperament is very dangerous. Bush had the wisdom to defer many of the War decisions to the Military. I can picture McCain imposing his views upon the Joint Chiefs, instead of listening to them. Many are fooled to think McCain is some great Military tactician. My God, this man has been in Washington on a power lust trip. McCain's ego would likely compel him run a war in the manner of LBJ.
