Most Freepers will come to their senses come November and do the right thing. The few turncoats who do not will simply be forgotten. John McCain can pull in plenty enough independents and sensible democrats (yes, they do still exist)to offset any loss of extremist voters.
It's time to forge a new Republican coalition.
