Now that’s what I call a cartoon. Mary Jo Kopechne would approve of it.

Ahhh.. no.

I will NOT vote for John McCain even if that puts Obama in the White House. I won’t do it, sorry. McCain will never get my vote. He’s poked his finger in the eyes of conservatives far too many times I can never forgive him.

I agree with Rush. A McCain nomination will destroy the Republican party.

No, it just gives McCain a boost. I’m not a Romney supporter or McCain supporter. However, I think it’s a race between those two and I’d rather see Romney get the republican nom.

McCain paints Romney as “buying” the nomination. Seriously, McCain makes me sick.

He may not be buying the nomination, but he has a clear financial advantage. Romney would be out by now without his money advantage. In the end I don't think anyone buys it. Look at Iowa. But money keeps you competing when others have to drop out. So it's a clear advantage and to deny that is to lie.

“How on earth can voters favor McCain over Romney on the economy?”

Never underestimate the ignorance of the American people.

I’m not saying you should vote solely because he has a son serving in Iraq, but it surely eliminates one of the biggest arguments of the Roger Moore crowd.

Somebody was questioning the fact that he has a son in Iraq, so that’s why I posted links to those articles.

Sounds like a McCain win to me. The anchors and reporters are all gleeful and trying to contain themselves, discussing why McCain wins IF he wins here. And though they’re not saying, they already know. Ergo, it’s McCain.

Or it could be the talking heads trying to play the voters, just like in 2000, while the conservative panhandle still has an hour more before their polls close (or 51 minutes currently)

Breaking news: The AP is reporting that due to the record/ near record number absentee ballots in the Florida Primary, both parties(although the DNC in November stripped the state of its delegates when it opted to hold its primary before February 5) have sent their advance legal teams to for possible election legal action should the results be considered too close to call under state law.
“This would be a mini deja vu of 2000” said a GOP insider who asked that their name be withheld.....

I am not screwed anymore, I will vote for Ron Paul, if the GOP lemmings want McCain, they are welcome to him.

Truth is, they actually want a RAT because they know we hate McCain.

They were the same in 2004, but those exit polls were wrong.

“Correct. Guatemalans and Nicaraguans mow the lawns down here.”

Aren’t Guatemalans and Nicuraguans exhausting the services/education and committing alot of crime down there just as they are in CA?

the person I want as my President is someone that is fiercely loyal to their country - the same way you are with your kids - NEVER blaming America first. There should be no room in their heart for it. That is obvious to most of us here.

Look at Iowa.

Romney came in second place in Iowa. The very next state Primary was Wyoming. Romney has been in FIRST PLACE - amassing the highest number of delegates - ever since. Look at the Republican Primary Election, state-by-state, and you see that Romney's campaign funds were well invested, he is the leading candidate, and if/when he wins in Florida tonight he's likely going to be the Republican nominee despite your own personal opposition to him.

I’m in Tampa, and travel around a lot of central Florida. Not sure about your area, but yeah lawn service is one big area that Mexicans use for work not just working in the fields, not today.
