As an aside, I saw Obama clap enthusiastically a few times. He didn’t for the nochildleftbehind but he has publicaly criticzed that program.
They hate it that the money stops if the results come back bad. Although that was the deal originally. Then they go out and tell the world the pubbies aren’t financing the schools.
