I'm married to a teacher, I know what's going on in the schools with NCLB. It's also addressed quite accurately by any CONSERVATIVE analyist. I suggest you start reading Jerry Pournelle's material for a good grounding in it. (In case you're curious, Pournelle is the guy who wrote the "Star Wars" material for Reagan. You might say he was the father of "the end of the cold war.")
PS: It’s kinda sad to see an (ahem) “conservative” get so worked up as he defends TEDDY KENNEDY’S “education” law.
