Billions in wasteful spending will be included in next budget he sends to the President. Ahhh - talking about Congressional earmarks.....neither voluntary goal was set - he will veto bills this year that are full of earmarks!!!! Ha ha ha ha ha take that Hitlery...ooooohhhh and Federal Agencies will be directed by Executive Order to ignore any earmarks that go through without a vote from Congress!!!!! HIP HIP HOORAY!!
