Maybe something will rub off on them.
Pelosi announcing the escorts for the President. She is awful. I can’t imagine how Bush will praise her. She has been a miserable, stinking failure.
I did the same as you did that year: I held my nose, closed my eyes, turned my head, winced, whispered “Forgive me, Ronaldus”, and pulled the lever for straight GOP.
I was proud to vote for GWB in 2000. I voted against JF’nK in ‘04. See the difference? And this year, I’ll be voting against somebody else. I’d like to vote FOR somebody again.
You got that right.
Amen.
Look who’s escorting him... they announced it as if it were an execution. I bet those libs scraped over who would escort him.
The Bush family should just head for Andrews and fly to Texas for all I care ....
You are right. If the Republican party will refuse to nominate a pro-amnesty, pro-Global Warming, anti-First Amendment "maverick", and instead put in a relative conservative, it can give a STARK CONTRAST to the left wing nut policies of the Demon-Rats.
Live links, anyone???
Me,too.
Here we go!

You know I don't care what you think because you are nothing to me, but President George W. Bush is worthy of all praise and honor, for the job he has done as President so from now on, you can just go to the Democratic Underground to post, your hate .
Nah, I’ll pass. I’ll catch up on “Family Guy” while I await President Romney’s SOTU address next year. Praising Pelosi and screwing Conservatives for 7+ years isn’t quite endearing him to me tonight.
Bush is a uniter, not a divider? Just look at the acrimony his name brings on a conservative website like FreeRepublic, so much for uniting the GOP.
There is much the President can rightly say that is good about the state of our union tonight. The men and women of our armed forces are succeeding in Iraq. President Bush will call on Congress to pass earmark reform legislation, something the Republican members have already agreed to do. And, thankfully, in the six-plus years since thousands were murdered on Sept. 11, 2001, America has not suffered another terrorist attack. But let's be honest: There is also much that is failing our union today.
America is experiencing a failure of leadership on a scale that dwarfs the successes or failings of any individual elected official. It is a failure of our political parties to lead, the failure of Washington to respond to America's challenges, the failure of our mainstream media to tell the truth, and above all, the failure of our political system to provide the change we need.
-- Newt Gingrich, 28 January 2008
Tell you what...why don't YOU head for Andrews, fly wherever, for all we care, and stop pissing on this thread...and we'll go ahead and watch. (for all you care)
Forgot to add .....instead of praising Nancy P.......
Laura looks fetching... you go girl!
Mrs B wearing the power red tonight.
Laura, beautiful as always.
