We've, in Central Washington State, have had winter, freezing temperatures since the 1st of November. Haven't had that since the late '80's or early '90's. Some of the ponds nearby have 7 inches of ice on top of them. Extended distances of the Yakima River are clogged with ice.

We don't need any more winter around here. We have had enough. In the past week the Northern Hemisphere has experienced colder temperatures on any given day than in the past decade.

I might add that we haven't heard a peep out of Al Gore. And, if this is 'global warming', it is pure hell.

Nah, it's just bad weather. Sorry to hear you're getting slammed. The jet stream hasn't been very nice to the West Coast this winter; right now it's coming straight from the Aleutians onto the coasts of Washington and Oregon.
