Here it is...been looking for this one for a day or so.
When push comes to shove, McCain takes the side of the liberal Democrats, and gives conservatives the finger.

The addicts are going to have to take the cure. We're no longer going to get stoned on other peoples' money,'' said House Majority Leader Dick Armey, R-Texas. We went past getting stoned and went on a 8 year spending binge with China's money - somebody tell me how that's conservative.

OK...just where the heck else do I need to post it? I put it in the date field, and I put “2001” in the headline, for crying out loud!

I think this is the "money quote:"
McCain said the measure cut tax rates for the wealthy ''at the expense of middle-class Americans.''
That could have been said by pretty much any DemocRAT.

Yes indeed. I hope my instinct is WRONG. I just have a sense that McCain is doing well here in Florida.

Sorry for being a little crabby...it’s just that several people jumped on me yesterday for an old thread where I had only put the date in the date field, so I thought I’d avoid that by putting the year in the headline. ;-)

I saw the reference to the 2001 date in the headline AND the original date of the article where you normally see the original date of the article.

Neither Mitt nor McCain were fully on board with the Bush tax cuts.
Or the initial Iraq invasion.
Rudy was always on board for both.
To: what's up
Rudy is now damaged goods due to Bernie.

Did I miss something? I don’t recall Romney saying much about the 2001 tax cut.

Agreed. And my guess is that the Bush people are not too pleased that he made them look dumb by getting them to nominate a mobbed-up incompetent like Kerik.

McCains running mate is going to be Joe Lieberman.
And if McCain is elected president, he will switch parties and become a Democrat.
He would do it to avoid the serious challenge he would face within the GOP for renomination in 4 years.
McCain would move quickly to pump up his Democrat credentials as soon as he takes office.
McCain will make the biggest flip-flop of all: From Republican to Democrat.

Agreed on all points. I do think he’ll choose Lieberman as VP. He’s already campaigning with him everywhere.
