"I will vote Democrat because McCain has hurt the conservative movement more than any other Republican."
I share your frustration, but I can't say I agree with your approach. I say McCain as POTUS is dangerous to the Country, but Hillary is much more dangerous. She is an outright Socialist Marxist, McCain is a left wing Republican. I don't want either, but I could never under any circumstances vote for democrat.

The poster was outed as a sleeper troll on its other thread (a vanity also), and started this one.

The rationale behind voting for Hillary or Obama is sound (notwithstanding the tone of the original post).
Consider:
-A newly elected Republican President pushing for Amnesty, and Global Warming Totalitariansm, would be unstoppable. No significant Congressional challenge could be mounted no matter how loud people screamed.
-The off year elections would probably see Democrat Congressional gains, making Congressional challenges even more difficult.
-In 4 years we’d be stuck with McCain again - at least as a candidate and he’ll be 76 years old,
At least with a Democrat pushing liberal policy, there is a CHANCE that it could be successfully thwarted in Congress. (remember hillary care?)
As far as judges go - I just can’t see John McCain naming anyone that wouldn’t pass the approval of his loyal constituents, Feingold, Kennedy, Lieberman, and Chris Mathews.
For the long term future of Conservatism, McCain is worse than Hillary.

Even if McCain wins the Florida primary, I do not think he will be the GOP nominee. I just can’t believe there are enough stupid, deranged Republicans out there to put him over the top. Go, Mitt!
To: Bobalu
It’ really funny how 8 years ago no freeper wanted McCain,
It’s amazing how much more bad stuff McCain added to his list of liberal things since then.
YOU PEOPLE WHO LOVE MCCAIN
Where do you come from?
