A much more classy headpiece than a crown of thorns, I’m sure.
I have often been a bit irked at all the fancy vestments, crowns, miters, copes and what have you that are used in many of the traditional Christian churches.
I doubt if Christ ever saw a piece of silk in his entire life — or drank from a golden cup.
But, I guess it’s up to the faithful of those churches to decide.
