Slightly off topic, but, does anyone know what happens with the WMAL radio signal at about 5:15PM every weekday during Hannity? Seems like the wattage is cut significantly, and the signal goes from "pretty good" to "pretty weak" instantly, but always at the same time.

Thanks if know the answer. It's bugged me for years.
