I agree...many denominations are apostate now.
exceptions:
PCA
SBC
most Charismatics
nearly all country style literalists and fundies (anything with primitive in the name is not likely to be just kumbaya)
Lutheran Missouri Synod
Texas/Tennessee Church of Christ (a far cry from UCC)
Some Southern Methodists
Some Anglican Rite
can’t comment on Eastern Orthodox or Catholic though I’m partial to the periwinkle and incense of the Slavs
You left a bunch off your list - OPC, ARP, RCUS, WELS, URCNA, RPCNA....
More you left off:
BMA
ABA
They are one of the staunchest defenders of Israel = they take the Biblical admonition literally: "1. Genesis 12:3 "And I will bless them that bless thee and curse him that curseth thee; and in thee shall all nations of the earth be blessed."
They are close allies of the Jewish peoples
pls explain how the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod is apostate?
The ELCA I agree whole heartedly, but as a lifelong LCMS member I have not found any apostacy in the church. I would like to hear your take on it
sorry!
I was up all night and read your post as a list of apostate churches, not as a list of those that are not.
I promise to read the post more carefully next time!
I think there is a remnant in most churches but if the individual church one attends is preaching “crapola” then it’s time to get out. But, then again, there were some strong letters sent to the churches in Revelation. I wonder what kind of letters would be written now - probably very similar.
I enjoyed the incense of a Byzantine Catholic Mass several times.
Regarding Catholics in general, the more traditional or orthodox, the more their fidelity; whereas the more trendy and progressive, the more likely they are to become apostate with respect to the core doctrine. This Pope, bless his heart, has a real healthy dose of tradition running through his veins. When he finally overturns the rotten fruits of Vatican II, the Church will be healed.
