Ok, the following dismisses the study: Smoking pot is already illegal under federal law, therefore, it simply doesn’t matter how hazardous it is. Why was this study even done?

You study things because they exist. It certainly effects things they might need to look for an treat better down the road.

Your dismissal the study is just BS, though. Not wearing seatbelts is illegal too. Should EMTs not bother to train in how to care for people who get ejected through windshields?
