I keep wondering what Bill is doing with all those foreign-donated millions in his Library and Foundation funds. How do we know the Library isn't going all over the country buying endorsements/votes with "public relations contracts" to ministers, community groups, etc? Who would know if a few hundred million disappeared from those organizations?
Do they ever have to disclose disbursements? We have no idea how that money is being spread around.

The Clintons paid off the Harlem minister Rev. Calvin Butts with a 1 million dollar *ah hem* “earmark”. He got the earmark in December, she got his endorsement in January. No connection there, I’m sure.
