I think that some of the comments here demonstrate that many people believe they have the “right” to engage in uncivil speech, but that nobody else has the “right” to ask them to use better manners.

That's CRAP!!! It's not about whether or not a person should or shouldn't, it's recognizing what the country was founded on. Free speech does not dictate which words you free to use, or what manners are deemed appropriate when using certain words does it?

If you can't understand the basis of the first admendment, you need to take a coarse in civil rights.
