Well, partly because of Obama. He’s a damn good speaker. We don’t have one of those right now.
Very true. I was referring to his credentials and experience, which are basically nil. His packaging and the MSM's compliance have made more of him than is really there.
He is an extraordinary speaker, has exquisite timing, and excellent presentation. Very charismatic.
We have a damn good speaker in our party. His name is Rudy Giuliani. Rudy is a candidate I could live with, and a president I could be proud of. I disagree with him on some issues, but he is the only candidate I respect as a man and a leader. He loves this country and will give hell to the islamofascists!
Alan Keyes is an infinitely better speaker and brilliant solid Declaration of Independence constitutional conservative who kicked Obama’s a** up and down Illinois in the Senatorial debate.
But his shortcomings as a politician, the torpedoing of his campaign by the RINO state party chairman, Judas Bah Too-Pinka, the general state of chaos in the Illinois GOP along with a scandal ridden felonious Pubbie governor all combined to make a mockery of the chaotic selection process to replace the resigned senatorial nominee Jack Ryan.
