Well, the Boomers could never get it right so maybe the next generation will. Hope so.
My son, Ben, is going in June. He was homeschooled for 9 grades; has a 3.75 in his senior year. He's going into the Reserves; then college and, hopefully, the PLC for commission upon graduation in four years.
I know there's a lot like him (and your nephew) who have their head on straight and will yet save this republic from the depredations of the looney tunes.
Good luck to Ben and you’re exactly right.

LOL yep... It’s just incredible that they say the prolifers are the ‘freaks’ and the ‘extremists’. Anything to discredit us.
Back in the early 1990s, I asked a teenager in Eugene, Oregon, why a lot of his generation seemed angry and sullen. His mom was a good liberal, at that time a lesbian, a liberal, sucking down weed like it was oxygen, and his schools consistently taught him leftist platitudes.
Nevertheless, here is what he told me. He said, “We’re that way because one out of three of us didn’t survive being born.”
Not bad wisdom from a 14-year-old kid.
Oddly, pro-life is the rebellious position these days among 20 somethings these days. Could be why these kinds of stories are being told. Many kids know their mom aborted a sibling. It affects them deeply, thank God.
Nobody mentioned Bella. If you haven’t seen it you must. It’s not only a beautiful pro-life movie, but it wasn’t made in Hollywood. Got to support the independent film makers. They managed to do an end run around the Hollywood money machine. Although I can’t get too excited about these movies. Even pro-life films take premarital unprotected sex for granted.
I read some of the movie quotes on IMDB. Seems pretty funny.
The thing about “abortion” is that it not only is murder but it is a heartless and miserable dead end when it comes to a storyline. I think that Hollywood realizes this.
I’m going to start telling abortion supporters that I believe that the person who could solve our energy problems without drilling was among the forty million poor souls that have been aborted over the last thirty or so years. Just to see the look on their faces.
