Clintons have made total fools out of the black electorate for twenty years. The problem is that few Blacks have the self-esteem necessary to admit to themselves they've been hosed, and adjust accordingly. One old black lady I talked with one time said "I know they ('rats) haven't really done anything much for us, but at least with them we can hope!"

Hope springs eternal, and come November, the black vote will be there for Clinton.
