Changing the hearts and minds is much more effective than changing the law, and we should eagerly embrace those who "see the light!"

While generally a true statement, it's not true from the standpoint of being that pre-born baby in the womb whose mom is pro-abortion in an open-season zone upon the womb. Changing hearts is always hit & miss; the coverage of law, while not perfect (as evidenced during the back-alley days), would be favored by the average pre-born baby if they could be polled. We must be their voice.

Gosh, all this Romney spin, trying to make the man’s hard Left record as Governor just go away, and I don’t see an actual link to the documents they’re spinning against.

http://www.massresistance.org/docs/marriage/romney/record/

It’s mostly just news articles and a recitation of Romney’s actual words and record.

Amazing how afraid of Mitt’s record his supporters are.

I agree with you completely! I didn't in any way mean the law shouldn't be changed. It is immoral as well as unconstitutional. I was just stating that many prolife people are very judgmental about people that have changed their position and I think that is also very wrong. We need to fight to get the law changed, BUT we also need to teach and educate those that think it is OK...not by being critical and judgmental, but by calmly teaching them the truth.

My generation, and those after me have been brainwashed with propaganda (just like this generation has with homosexuality), to believe and accept that abortion is OK.

Not too many years ago, I still thought it would be acceptable for rape or incest...but one day I realized, that isn't acceptable to God either. I am ashamed that I ever believed that lie, but I am thankful I have grown enough to confront the issue honestly and KNOW, no matter what the law says, A life is a life no matter how it was conceived.

I pray the day comes soon that it is no longer legal to murder babies...but I also pray that even before that happens, that more and more people acknowledge that a life is a precious gift from God!

Behold, children are a gift of the LORD; The fruit of the womb is a reward."
Psalm 127:3

For Thou didst form my inward parts; Thou didst weave me in my mother's womb.
I will give thanks to Thee, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Wonderful are Thy works, And my soul knows it very well.
My frame was not hidden from Thee, When I was made in secret,
[And] skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth.
Thine eyes have seen my unformed substance; And in Thy book they were all written,
The days that were ordained [for me], When as yet there was not one of them.

Psalm 139:13-16
