Not anymore. This is a building in the back of the Waffle House on US 192 at I-95 in West Melbourne. You are remembering the old place and it is now either a bingo hall or was in the plaza nearby that got demolished by the hurricanes a few years back.

I think this is at I-95 and 192 if I am not mistaken but is a country/western bar.
