McCain would be as effective with amnesty as Bush has been.
No, McCain will get amnesty if he is elected. He will view it as a mandate. The Senate passed CIR in 2006, but the Rep controlled House didn’t consider it. Next time around it will pass both the House and Senate. And McCain will sign it claiming that his election is proof that the country backs his position. And McCain will give the Dems political cover for an action that will destroy this country. Amnesty is forever.
