I appreciate your coming to my thread. However, it’s abundantly clear you haven’t read anything here. Please do so before you condescend to me again.
I misread the thread.
What I don't understand is why you aren't simply stating that the proper role of government, and by 'government' I am assuming that at least initially you're talking about the Legislative branch, is already very well enumerated in Article 3, Section 8 of the US Constitution.
You should further be stating that most of our ills today are being caused by that Branch's refusal to abide by those limits.
Excellent arguments can be made for this position and I don't understand why you aren't arguing that.
