And they’ll instantly forget every bit of this melodrama when Hillary picks Obama for Veep.

The Arkansas Mafia’s evil, but they aren’t stupid. They aren’t going to seriously jeopardize their monopoly on black votes. African American voters are being played like a fiddle.

She will never pick Obama as her running mate. She may not be the smartest woman in the world, but she’s not stupid.

It would show amazing maturity and emotional development if she were to pick Barack because she hates him and would kill him today if she knew she could get away with it.

I’ve thought about this too-—the dynamics of “Veep-feasibility” for Obama keep getting complicated by the ongoing personal attacks they’re now embroiled in—if it goes much further it would look too ridiculous for him to be picked as Veep, and also look like a move of desperation from him-—should Hillary get the nomination she will want to have two terms, and will not abide the idea of a restless Veep like Obama sitting there waiting to spring his own bid all over again four years from now.
I also can’t see the logic of a Clinton/Edwards ticket, for a million reasons. If she’s the nominee she may well pick a Clinton loyalist like Bill Richardson, who’s already dropped out. THAT sounds logical to me.
