Mayor Daley's Contributions
Mayor Richard M. Daley has become a fundraising juggernaut. In the eight weeks leading up to the Feb. 27 election, he collected more than $3 million in campaign cash, one of the reasons he is all but assured an easy victory. Using data filed by Mr. Daley's campaign committee with the Illinois State Board of Elections, Crain's created a searchable database of the Mayor's contributions going back to 1999.
