Doesn't matter. McCain, and his supporting administration, is still better than Hitlery or Obama Hussein.

McCain or Hillary, it is just a race down the tubes. Hillary just might be faster.

McVain and Hitlery would give rise to a third party ticket. Long overdue IMO.

Doesn't matter. McCain,

He isn't the nominee yet. Looks like he's about to crash and burn.

I don't see that there would be much difference between McAmnesty and Shrillery or Osama/Obama. He defers to the Dems on almost every piece of legislation he pushes through (and they are without fail, huge, stinking turds). I don't trust him to have any kind of supporting administration that aren't a bunch of ass kissers who will go along with whatever he wants to do.

If we're going to get essentially the same thing either way, then I would rather be able to blame the mess on a Rat and not someone with the Republican brand attached to their name. The only thing that really scares me about that scenario is the possible appointment of Supreme Court justices. But even then, I don't know that I can trust McLame to do any better. He is more concerned that the press write nice things about him.

You're right that the cast of characters surrounding the President is more important than the President himself. And I think it's going to be pretty much the same cast of characters no matter which one of the current figureheads wins the nomination.

The thing that worries me about McCain is his apparent mental instability - he's just the kind of guy who would get pissed off at some country, have a POW flashback, and order an unjustified nuclear first strike. He might not be ineffective as, say, Secretary of Defense, but he's not necessarily the guy whose finger you want on the trigger.

McCain=Amnesty=Destruction of this country as we know it. Everything else is like straightening the deck chairs on the Titanic.

What some people fail to realize is that by granting legal status to the 12 to 20 million illegals already here, you are also opening the doors to at least 66 million more LEGAL immigrants [based on just 12 million illegals] who will enter thru chain migration, i.e., family reunification, above and beyond the current 1.2 million legal immigrants we admit each year. The country is finished if that happens. Amnesty is forever. You can't unring a bell.
