How do you get a three day weekend?

Our holidays dry up after New Year's Day till Memorial Day....unless you're a State or Federal worker.

I have every other weekend off.
When I work weekends, it’s Fri, Sat. Sun, and Monday.
My weekeds off are Sat. Sun. and Monday..
