"Wise" is probably the best word - short and to the point as well! Those that are 'educated' don't mean too much to me after working with teachers! Having that piece of paper didn't do most of them any good. Now, when I worked with engineers, I thought that piece of paper did mean something because they were one intelligent - and humorous - group! I guess that's another reason I hated teaching...but there were SOOOO many other reasons too.
