I'm not so sure about that. There is something about Mitt's delivery, maybe he talks to fast, and it seems as though he is talking over one, or maybe there is an aura of privilege that comes across, an expectation of success, mingled with a fear that he won't succeed, or maybe he is just weasely.
Anyway there is something about him that is discomforting. Or...it could just be me.
Yes, I think he's going to come across as too slick to independents in the general who will then go to Hillary.
It could be just you ... I like him; to me he sounds charming and confident and ... just plain nice.
It’s not just you. I feel like I can’t trust Romney, as he seems to say whatever he thinks the electorate wants to hear him say.

Tonight is the first debate I have actually watched; I normally get my news via radio & reading. And I have to say, I am ready to crawl back into my head. I like Mitt better there.
I have had the same feeling. I am trying, but there is something that just rubs me the wrong way.
Maybe it will go away after awhile. I don’t know. **shrug**
