I'm being a bit facetious, but on the whole, what 'progressive democrats' stand for is in complete contradiction to what scripture teaches.

They hay day of Progressive Democrats was the late 19th early 20th century. Most of them were Christian Fundamentalists (William Jennings Bryan).
