I was just thinking today that all of our Congressmen and women, Senators and President and VP should be required to have served in some branch of the military.
I hope that would somehow give our politicians a more realistic POV.
On the other hand,......it could ruin the military.
After all, look at Weasely Clark.

be required to have served in some branch of the military I wouldn't wish that on out troops - however, they should be required to go through boot and a minimum of a two week embed in battle.
