Huck is weak on illegal immigration...and this is counter to everything Hunter espoused.

Huck is a liberal dem...big govt tax and spend guy.

Yep. It is a huge disappointment. If those on FR didn’t support Fred because he endorsed McCain in 2000, makes me wonder if the Hunter folks will choose not to support him again if he runs.

Think people, think. All candidates have an array of positions. If you analyze Hunter’s array and Huck’s array, the spots that coincide are obviously the most important postions to Hunter.

You thought you knew him, but you didn’t.

This is also a good lesson in politics. Few politicians think like voters. They are a club to themselves. Just as you have friends (even spouses) that are liberals, they have political allies that don’t agree with most of their positions. Using such allies is how things get done. Which is why the country always takes a middle course in general, it just leans a little left or right from time to time. Mostly it leans left from my perspective, but then, I’m a righty.
