Have people lost the use of their legs? I’m serious. Was the officer and the driver behind him incapable of getting out of their vehicles and walking INSIDE the McDonalds or whatever it was, and if so urgently hungry, ordering their food inside the establishment? Just amazing to me how little THINKING people do.
Were they supposed to block the drive-thru?
They were all trapped, all two dozen of them or more I bet. How do you back up two dozen cars out of a drive through without having one or two of them at least telling the guy telling them to back up to TELL THE OLD LADY TO DRIVE FORWARD!!!
And just leave their cars parked in the drive-thru lane?
I don't understand how anyone here is defending someone who blocked a drive-thru lane for 20 minutes.
They offer the drivethrough service specifically to cater to people who do not have enough time to stop and eat their meal indoors or who would prefer to eat their meal on the go or some other location rather than the McDonald's.
Just amazing to me how little THINKING people do.
Well, I'm not sure why anyone would make a bizarre special order like salt-free fries at a drivethrough. "I'm so interested in keeping healthy that I want my loaded-with-saturated-fat snack to be salt-free."
I'm also not sure why anyone who has 20 minutes to waste just idling in an automobile wouldn't choose to just park in the lot 100 feet away and eat their snack rather than blocking everyone else in.
