Hmmm, that sounds similar to an excuse made by a certain Nobel Peace Prize (now known as the Booby Prize) winner:
“There is no controlling legal authority”
It all depends on what the meaning of the word "is" is.
How funny that Obama is surprised by the tactics of Clinton inc. Repubs have been saying this stuff for years.
Obama needs to understand that the Clintons aren't out to win an election against him- they are out to "destroy" him any way they can.
