Ok, so detectors are prohibited without license... Hmmm Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Oxygen Sensors, hey, why stop there - put a policeman in every home - kind of our miners canaries, then while they are checking everything for our license we can observe them and see if they have any ill effects...
