Interesting. Moving to decentralized decision making will really help. It will help them to be nimble and flexible. They just need to learn to get help when one doesn’t know something and when to kick it upstairs for major decisions. When properly trained motivated folks don’t need supervision. Just tell them what you want and they will do the rest.
LOL My company is moving in the opposite direction with predictable results.
