Romney’s platform is a solid conservative platform. He is running on issues of importance to conservatives, and he is on the right side of the issues.
When you had a candidate you considered less risky, it made sense to judge based on risk. But when there is only one candidate with a solid conservative platform, the risk isn’t that great, since you aren’t getting a conservative if you vote for another candidate.
Who might that be? It certainly insn't Romney. Is a $50.00 Government subsidized abortion conservative? I don't think so.
Is the most intrusive Government run 'health care' program in the nation conservative? I don't think so.
