Well, Belize is starting to look a whole lot better...
Please, a brief time for mourning first.
This is the day all of us Fredheads dreaded. My off the cuff is couldn't vote for Huckabee under any circumstances, probably couldn't vote for McCain except in the general election if he had a very strong conservative VP (the worse his health, the more likely I'd vote for him), I haven't thought about Rudy in months and originally I wasn't high on Mitt, but anyone who Huckabee and McCain hate this much must have something going for him.
I share the sympathies of all Fredheads in mourning. This is a truly dark day for the GOP and the Conservative movement. But, as has always been the case, FReepers stand strong in the face of adversity. Let us make it our mission to NOT allow McCain or Huckabee to get the nomination. While I am not thrilled with Mitt or Rudy, I am convinced one of them will choose a Conservative VP. God Bless Sen. Thompson and his family. Let’s keep them in our prayers. Also, let’s roll into November in a quest to defeat the Socialist agenda of the Democratic Party. STAND STRONG FReepers!
Romney. I don’t like Huckabee...I couldn’t deal with another Carter, oil embargo, gas lines, recession, or any of the other crap Huckabee would tote with him.
My advice is decide which guy will actually fight the war and prevent/lessen the recession better: Mitt or Rudy. Then vote accordingly. McCain and Huckabee will both be disasters in the general and would be barely better than Obama if at all.
