You assume that a RINO will make wise Supreme Court appointments. I know that it takes a conservative to know a conservative. A RINO doesn't have the ability to recognize, let alone appoint, a truly conservative judge. He may
think he does and promise to do so, but that's like asking a colorblind guy to promise that he'll always choose green over red. He means well ... but he can't tell the difference and is at the mercy of other cues or other people to tell him which is which.
