Heck, yeah! None of this hurts the politicians. The state’s taxpayers are footing the bill for this, so why not press on ahead with new spending?

The ones responsible are not the ones who will pay for this. It stinks.

I wish I could talk to the suing lawyers and tell them to have the Dept of Trans audited to see where all the dedicated gas tax funds REALLY went.
