Why on earth would anyone want to intentionally go somewhere to slog through snow?????I find that an hour or two of that every decade or so reminds me of why I am here, and NOT there!

Stop by the Army recruiting station in Gilroy sometime . I didn’t realize we had fellow freepers so close. I saw a flurry today in Salinas, CA. Global warming at its best!

According to Intellicast, there is a 28% chance of snow in Phoenix on Thursday.
Al Gore is from the Ice Planet, Hoth. Any temperatures above freezing he finds agonizingly hot.

Nothing like a reminder of how good you have it, I suppose.
Me? I've had enough to last a lifetime. If I never saw snow again, it would be too soon for me. This is typical for where we used to live.

If ya had that much snow, wouldn’t it have been a better idea to either have a) bigger dogs or b) dogs that didn’t blend in so well with a snowbank?
I mean, seriously — if one of those pups jumps down there, you’re gonna be finding them along about May...

Karl, that is one of our highest peaks, I'm 2500 feet below.
Yes, Al Gore has volunteered to swamp my house. I think that's why my MIL won't visit, she thinks that GW is a true religion.

Not my dogs. And, yes, I would have bigger dogs, like along the lines of something that could pull a dogsled.
We’re out of there, thank God.
