Yep. I for one welcome a brokered convention. It will be good for the process as well as the party and may end of giving are party the conviction we have so sorely been lacking.
A brokered convention will put the GOP back in touch with what representation the supporters are asking for.
The GOP has turned it’s back on us the voters and it’s time to make it clear we are tired of being ignored.
And if the GOP isn’t the party we thought it was supposed to be, we damn sure can find us a 3rd party candidate worth voting for.
A brokered convention would leave such bitter taste in the mouths of all attendees, the GOP would be demoralized for years.
Just look at the bitterness and anger here on an anonymous FR forum.
Fistfights and shoutdowns would be the order of the day at an open Convention, I believe.
Hunter supporters and Fred heads would be butting heads with Huckster fanatics, while McCainiacs would be demanding the great SENATOR be nominated because it's HIS turn.
The cops would likely be arresting protesters on the spot for disturbing the peace.
No, a brokered convention would send the mainstream liberal media into orgasmic interludes the likes of which hasn't been seen since Slickster won the Presidency in 1992.
Our only hope is that some segment of the GOP can swallow their pride, and move their support to a candidate who actually has a chance of winning.
