If this is true, Romney wins Florida just like Bush did, Rudy is 2nd, McQueeg is 3rd. Yeah, but it doesn't matter whether Rudy finishes 2nd or 3rd or 4th in FL. He won't be able to continue, which means McCain gets to work on NY and NJ and he's ahead or narrowly behind to Rudy in both places. McCain is leading in MD. McCain is leading in CT. He's leading in CA. He's leading in VT. He's going to start to pile up wins once 2/5 gets here.

Florida is a "Winner take all" State. 1st place is the only position that matters.
