Like I said on another thread, some sharp legal eagles need to make a big stink about this. The "Justice" Department's position on this is untenable and out of line, and should be quashed. I do believe there is some rule of ethics/procedure that a counsel (in this case, the justice dept.) cannot take a position adversarial to that of the client they are representing (that being
us, the people).
